Section 21
Disposition versions
21. The decision of the committee shall be reasoned and in writing and shall be communicated to the member within 90 days of the date of the application.
Where the committee decides to refuse all or part of the application for recognition, it shall, within the same timeframe, inform the member in writing of the programs of study, courses, training periods and examinations which, if successfully completed within the allotted time, would enable the member to be granted recognition. The committee shall also advise the member of the right to apply for a review of the decision in accordance with section 22.
